Coffee Shop Manager

Seeking applicants for an available role at Brazco Coffee Academy. Café Manager Ideal candidate will have certification and experience in Barista skills.HACCP certification.Experience working in high paced environment encompassing various workstations.Experience with coffee shop quality control monitoring systems including continuous training and motivating of team, weekly performance reporting, stock control, merchandising and POS tills.Excellent communication skills with customers, team, managers and company directors. Professional attitude and strong sense of empathy and respect for people.Full driver’s license and willingness to travel to other Galway branches occasionally.Understanding of brand culture and loyalty.Full availability for 40-hour week across all days. Early mornings require. No nights or evenings required.Meals provided during working hours.Salary may be adjusted for higher relevant qualifications or experience presented by candidate at interview stage, including strong experience in area management in the hospitality sector.
