DELICATESSEN RETAIL MANAGER
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, coffee and exceptional customer service. You will be at the forefront of helping us deliver a warm and friendly customer experience.
You will lead the FOH team and a keen eye for detail will be evident in everything you do.
Applicant Requirements
Excellent customer communication skills; in person, via phone and email
To be a positive ambassador for our brand and values
Sound planning and rostering skills
Highly organised and able to multitask
A strong understanding of HACCP regulations
Ability to meet targets and work with financial budgets
Sound computer skills
A strong passion for and knowledge of Irish artisan food, with a keen interest in wine and specialty coffee.
Previous experience in food retail, hospitality, or deli management
A natural leader with great people skills – with experience of managing and motivating a team
Able to effectively recruit, onboard and train team members
Have a really keen eye for detail – ensuring the store always looks and operates at its best.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships and enhance the customer experience.
Comfortable working in a hands-on role where no two days are the same.
