Community Care Supervisor

Care Network Ireland are recruiting for a Community Care Supervisor to develop the clinical and practice expertise of health and social care assistants. They will have a key role in supporting and managing the performance, practice and functional elements of the care assistant role.

Role

• Conduct care supervision visits
• Oversee the accurate maintenance of supervision records
• Fully Support our staff to ensure they feel confident and supported in their roles.
• Carry out customer assessments, care plan preparation and reviews where appropriate
• Carry out carer introductions to clients.
• Participate in care activities as part of the care supervision process.
• Deliver hands on care and support for clients when required.
• Employ a best practice approach in the care of customers
• Participate in the emergency on-call service

Requirements:

Nursing degree, or qualified HCA or Social Care Worker/Assistant

Computer literacy/administration

Risk Assessment knowledge is desirable

Valid driver licence
