Position Overview:

Choice Financial is currently seeking a qualified or trainee Financial Advisor to join our team. Whether you are an experienced professional or just starting your career in financial advisory, we offer comprehensive training to help you excel in this role. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping clients achieve their financial goals while enjoying a competitive salary and bonus structure.

Responsibilities:

Conduct financial assessments for clients to understand their financial goals, needs, and risk tolerance.

Provide tailored financial advice and recommendations to clients, including investment strategies, retirement planning, and wealth management.

Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and industry regulations to offer informed advice to clients.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to the overall success of the firm.

Meet and exceed individual and team targets through proactive client engagement and business development efforts.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in financial advisory is an asset but not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed targets.

Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing market conditions.
