We are currently seeking a caretaker for a temporary three month position for a busy apartment complex near Cork City.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning & maintenance of all internal communal areas of 9 blocks of apartments
- Cleaning & maintenance of all external areas, including car parks, pathways, refuse areas, lawns and flower beds
- Cleaning & maintenance of all refuse areas
- Grass cutting of all communal grass areas & weeding of communal flower beds (on hold at present)
- Ad hoc maintenance items e.g. changing light bulbs, small repairs, painting etc.
- Inspect all communal areas daily, dealing with any issues arising and report back to property managers any issues/faults with fire alarms, lifts, electrical issues, main gates or pedestrian gates etc.
- Allow access as & when required to contractors and maintain visitor log for same.
- Obtain meter readings as requested
Ideal candidate should have:
Fluent English spoken and written
Be well spoken and well presented with excellent timekeeping
Be able to deal in an efficient and helpful way with onsite queries from residents.
Adaptable and flexible in your approach to work , when required
Experience in a similar role an advantage.

Pay: €26,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
