Security Guard

Empire Casino is part of a product and tech-focused gaming company operating multiple brands in the Irish gaming market. You will be part of the retail operations team, working with a small team at the ground level in a fast-paced and exciting environment.

What you will be doing:

You will be responsible for ensuing our customers can enjoy our products and services safely.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the security of the staff, customers, assets and premises is maintained at all times.
• Provide security response to all incidents as they occur.
• Documenting and reporting, all inspections, incidents and other occurrences.
• Reporting all suspected incidents to the relevant security personnel and An Garda Síochána.
• Provide feedback, observations and reports on issues and make recommendations for improvements.
• report in a timely, consistent and professional manner.
• Monitor all customers entering the clients premises.
• Assist all customers with access/egress if requested.
• Be responsible and reliable towards your colleagues by following the Employee Handbook & SOPs.
• Train other staff members as required.
• Other duties as may be assigned

Requirements:

• Current PSA licence
• Minimum 2 years experience within the security industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Visa to work on a part-time basis in Ireland
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
