Facilities Project Manager

Arcadis DPS Engineering are a seeking a Facilities Project Manager for a Pharmaceutical assignment located in Cork.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the conceptual phase of facility-related projects in collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage a portfolio of site-based projects through all phases—ideation, definition, execution, and close-out—ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Define and lead multidisciplinary internal and external teams in accordance with E&PS Project Delivery Processes.
• Oversee third-party project management service providers, ensuring timely resource allocation and budget approval.
• Establish and monitor project and portfolio-level KPIs (safety, budget, schedule) and provide support to resolve issues as needed.
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment across all project phases, including escalation of risks and performance concerns.
• Drive construction safety practices and ensure compliance with One Construction Safety standards.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives by capturing lessons learned and identifying development opportunities for project teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing end-to-end capital projects in facilities, utilities, or site infrastructure.
• Strong background in regulated environments (pharma or medical devices preferred).
• Experience in contract management of third-party project management service providers.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage and align diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead virtual/multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Technical understanding of complex facility systems and project delivery processes
