Position Title: Graduate Engineer (0-2 years’ experience)

Company: Founded in 2006, DRA Consulting Engineers are an established firm of Consulting Civil &

Structural Engineers & Project Managers with offices in Dublin, Limerick and Wexford. As part
of our continued growth, we opened our third office in Wexford in 2019. We are building a team
of motivated and ambitious people for the Wexford Office which is led by Associate Director &
Chartered Engineer, Brian Healy.


We provide services to both private & public sector clients with an emphasis on economical
design, sustainability and a client focused approach. Our projects portfolio includes residential,
commercial, educational & civil infrastructure. We also have particular expertise and experience
in civil & structural engineering, project management, high-rise construction, conservation

Job Specification:

The role will involve the following:
  • Civil & Structural Engineering Design & production of drawings using Revit & AutoCAD.
  • Assisting Project Engineers / Senior Engineers with administration & project management of projects.
  • Liaising with clients, design team members and other members of staff.
  • Use of draughting / modelling software including AutoCAD, Revit, CADS RC.


The Successful Candidate - Requirements:

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements in terms of skills and attributes:
  • An honours degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Be a member (or become a member) of Engineers Ireland or the Institute of Structural Engineers.
  • Competent in the use of AutoCAD drafting software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Experience with civil & structural design software is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and in the development of design solutions.
  • Self-motivated, career focused and with ambitions to reach chartered engineer status.
  • Cooperative and flexible approach to work.
