We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Administrative Office Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and handling customer inquiries
  • Processing orders and managing payments
  • Organising and maintaining office records
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Good communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week / 9AM-5PM / Mon-Fri
