Manufacturing Engineer

EPM Scientific is currently seeking Manufacturing Engineers to join a Medical Device client on an exciting project introducing new machinery to a site and expanding site capacity.

The role will be supporting on Equipment Validation, EQ, PQ, Machinery Moves and more.

Examples projects:

1. Laser Qualification : Consolidation of multiple aged lasers into one laser marking solution that covers multiple SKUs
2. Polishing systems : Qualification of 2 x new Polishing systems
3. Plant Relayout : Major relayout of site moving 80 pieces of equipment (CNC/Laser/Polishers/Linishers/CMMs etc) to enable future automation.
4. Inspection : Qualification of 2 x Surface roughness machines/inspection reduction of CMM program for major powerbrand to reduce cycle time.

• 12 months

• Full time hours
• Ideally full time on site
