Experienced Skilled Labourer/Handyman

Expert Property are seeking a property maintenance - skilled labourer/handyman. The role is full time and available for an immediate start. The majority of works will be in Dublin and surrounding counties. A company vehicle is available.

The candidate will be expected to have excellent knowledge and experience of property maintenance - including minor building repairs or upgrades/ fitting of appliances/ painting/ carpentry/ flooring/furniture or equipment moving / scheduled maintenance tasks and any other general building/repair tasks.

The person will also be required to liaise with 3rd party contractors on projects where required.

This role requires a dependable , hard working person with competent construction knowledge who can assist to ensure we deliver top quality workmanship on any job we complete.

This role has good long term opportunities and secure employment for the suitable candidate.

The candidate must have a full clean driving licence and a valid manual handling and safe pass.
