Accounting Technician

Established in 1973, with headquarters in Cork and 40 office locations nationwide, we offer a range of Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Agri-Consultancy, Financial and Business Advisory to a diversified portfolio of almost 30,000 clients.

We are seeking to hire an Experienced Accounting Technician in our Kilkenny City office.

Responsibilities

• Vat returns preparation and submissions.
• Preparation of Payroll and submission to Revenue
• Preparation of sole trade/partnership accounts
• Preparation of Tax returns
• Dealing with Revenue
• Other general ad hoc duties

Candidate Profile:

• Must have experience in a similar role previously.
• Competent and confident
• Motivated and ambitious
• A self-starter and quick learner
• Good communication customer service skills
• Ability to adapt and be flexible.
• Experience with Sage and Thesaurus an advantage
• Practice Experience essential
• Resident of Ireland
