Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of building maintenance and repair tasks, including minor plumbing repairs, fabric repairs, ceiling, wall, and floor repairs, and general upkeep of multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform small plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks, replacing taps, and unblocking drains.
• Carry out general building fabric repairs, including doors, windows, and locks.
• Repair ceilings, walls, and floors as needed, including patching holes, painting, and tiling.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure facilities are in good condition.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues that require specialist attention.
• Assist with general handyman tasks and all-round building maintenance.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a maintenance, handyman, or similar role.
• Basic plumbing, carpentry, and general building repair skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €40,000.00-€40,001.00 per year
