Maintenance Operative

• Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure that the Hotel layout and maintenance practices adhere to good manufacturing standards.
• Utilize site resources for collaborative improvements in overall performance.
• Supervise the quality and safety of onsite contractors.
• Champion Continuous Improvement processes within the Maintenance function.
• Exercise excellent Safty awareness

Requirements

• Proven track record in maintenance of hotels
• Previous experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Flexibility (The site is operating 24/7)

Pay: From €32,469.04 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• The Docks, Galway, CO. Galway: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

Experience:

• Hotel Maintenance: 4 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Full clean driving licence (required)
• Safepass Card (required)
