Job Title: Electrical Supervisor - Data Center Construction

Location: Netherlands, Sweden, Europe

Role Summary:

The Electrical Supervisor will oversee and manage all on-site electrical installation activities within a data center construction project. This role ensures that all works are completed safely, to the highest quality standards, and in accordance with project specifications and timelines. The Electrical Supervisor will lead and coordinate electrical teams, subcontractors, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians, subcontractors, and other electrical personnel.
• Ensure all electrical installations are carried out in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ETCI).
• Interpret and work from electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily work activities to meet project milestones.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with specifications.
• Identify and resolve electrical issues and problems on site.
• Manage and track materials, tools, and equipment.
• Enforce all site safety regulations and procedures, conducting safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the electrical team.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, and testing.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Electrical trade qualification (e.g., electrician certification) is essential.
• 5 years of experience as an electrician, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in managing electrical installations in large-scale construction projects, preferably data centers.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, and backup power systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Thorough understanding of electrical safety regulations and best practices.
• Safe Pass.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Data center construction experience.
• Experience with [List any specific systems relevant to the project, e.g., UPS systems, generators, fire alarm systems].
• MEWP, Manual Handling, First Aid.
