Hovione has now launched its search for the organisation’s next generation of leaders through its 2025 Graduate Development Programme.
Commencing September 2025, the Hovione Graduate Development Programme will be specifically designed to equip high-performing graduates with the business skills and experience needed to excel in a leading Pharmaceutical company.
As part of the programme, which will include exposure to multiple disciplines and business units, successful candidates will also benefit from guided mentorship from within the business.
In addition to taking part in critical project work and receiving real responsibilities, candidates on the programme will also participate in continued professional development through a mix of structured classroom training and self-directed learning modules with an external development body.
Our programme will be 18 months in duration, and will offer a unique opportunity to grow and accelerate your career.
