The Opportunity:

We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role offers the chance to significantly impact a growing industry, forging valuable client relationships and representing our high-quality product line.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the designated region through networking, referrals, and market research.

· Build strong relationships with new and existing clients in the assigned territory.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.

· Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments within the region.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using our CRM system.

· Develop a thorough understanding of our products to present their benefits to clients. effectively

· Conduct negotiations, handle objections, and close deals promptly

· Provide excellent post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction

· Travel extensively within the region to meet with clients and prospects

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in sales in similar or related industries

· Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite

· Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly with overnight within Ireland
