Role Overview
We’re seeking a skilled Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions engineer to provide expert technical support, contribute with a team of highly engaged customer focused engineers, and manage cloud and on-premises IT projects. You’ll collaborate with customers, resolve technical issues, ensure successful deployments, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead technical support for on-site and remote customer needs.
Mentor engineers and ensure high standards of technical delivery.
Manage and resolve escalated technical issues.
Oversee medium to large-scale IT projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Maintain clear communication with customers and management.
Build strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Virtualisation, Networking, and Security.
Experience with Hybrid IT Solutions (Cloud and On-Prem).
Proficiency in Microsoft Servers, Active Directory, SQL Server.
Strong knowledge of firewalls, endpoint protection, and backup solutions.
