We now have an opportunity at our Midleton Distillery Visitor Experience in Cork, where we bring the story of our world-class whiskeys to life through our award winning distillery tours, cocktail-making classes, premium whiskey tasting sessions and blending classes,. Here, our visitors discover the stories behind our seven iconic brands including Jameson, Redbreast and Midleton Very Rare. Spanning across our historic 15-acre site, we connect thousands of visitors from across the globe to our passion for our products, our production process and our deep-rooted history

The job

As a German speaking Brand Ambassador, you will play a vital role in bringing our family of brands to life for every guest who walks through our doors.

From the moment visitors arrive, you’ll guide them on a sensory journey where they can touch, taste, smell, and interact with our world-class whiskeys. You’ll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable moments, sharing the rich stories behind our full whiskey portfolio, and inspiring a genuine passion for our products.

Your role goes beyond delivering information – you’ll engage and connect with people from all over the world, building brand love and loyalty in every interaction. Whether you’re leading one of our award-winning distillery tours, hosting a premium tasting experience, or demonstrating the craftsmanship behind our iconic whiskeys, no two days will ever be the same.

You’ll thrive in a buzzing, dynamic environment where teamwork and a customer-first approach are at the heart of everything we do.

About you

Our next Brand Ambassadors will have an infectious, outgoing personality, great communication skills, and a natural desire to deliver and exceed visitor expectations. You should be a great storyteller, full of energy, and enjoy working in a consumer-centric role that offers variety and excitement.

Ideally, our next Brand Ambassadors will have experience in a customer-facing role, whether in retail, bars, hotels, or customer care.
