Panel Beater

JJ Burke Car Sales, Ballinrobe are recruiting a skilled and talented panel beater with excellent strip & fit skills for their busy multi-franchise dealership. A family run business JJ Burke Car Sales are main dealers for Renault, Peugeot and Dacia.

As a panel beater, you will be responsible for assessing damaged vehicles, estimating the cost of repairs, and repairing vehicles to their original condition. This is a full time permanent position.

The ideal candidate must:
-Provide estimates of the time and cost required to repair.
-Carrying out inspections on bodywork and frames of vehicles to assess the extent of damage
-Disassembling damaged vehicle parts
-Repairing scratches, dents and other damage to bodywork and replacing any parts that cannot be repaired
-Reassembling vehicle body parts and accessories
-Replacing or repairing windows,interiors and exterior trim
-Filling and sanding bodywork
-Performing final finishing and polishing

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Friarsquarter West, Ballinrobe, CO. Mayo F31: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
