JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of a team you will be responsible for:
Ensure care staff rosters are prepared on a timely basis and communicated to staff. Familiarising with care staff team to enhance the client and staff matching process Monitoring, mediating, and logging both client and staff activity, and following up on staff assignments and client service Ensure all support hours are covered including staff absences. Accurately entering and maintaining client and staff records in compliance with company policy. Dealing with emergency situations Answering each incoming call in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner Assisting with all office paperwork in timely manner You will need to possess the following:
Good Office/Administration Skills desirable Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment Have exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills Have a professional demeanor and excellent telephone skills Have outstanding communication skills and are committed to customer service Have proficient IT & data entry skills Enjoy working in a team oriented environment Experience in scheduling is an advantage PERSON SPECIFICATION

Effective administrative skills Competent IT user with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing Ability to remain calm under pressure Job Type: Full-time
