We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of New Client Acquisition to lead and drive our new business efforts. This role is critical in achieving Kaseya's aggressive growth targets by developing a robust acquisition strategy, fostering key relationships with prospective clients, and leading a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high-performing sales representatives focused on new client acquisition to ensure goal attainment and professional growth.
- Strategic Acquisition Planning: Develop and implement strategies to maximize new business acquisition and achieve aggressive revenue targets.
- Relationship Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, positioning Kaseya as a trusted partner in IT management and security.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and key performance metrics to ensure targets are met, identifying areas for improvement and implementing plans as needed.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, and Customer Success) to align on goals and create a seamless client onboarding experience.
- Process Innovation: Continuously refine acquisition processes, methodologies, and best practices to increase efficiency and enhance the client acquisition process.
- Market Insights: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify emerging client needs and opportunities for expansion.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates to senior management on acquisition progress, market insights, and team performance, highlighting wins and opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role within B2B sales.
- Demonstrated success in new client acquisition, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, business development, and relationship-building techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Industry experience in IT or software is a strong advantage.
