HR Generalist

Keohane Seafoods is rapidly expanding and looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a HR Generalist to join our dynamic, growing team in either Kinsale Road or Bantry Cork.

Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

• Provide support on the HR mailboxes dealing with employee queries, escalating as required.
• Ensure personnel files are maintained and up to date and comply with the GDPR regulations.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for all employees.
• Maintaining the HR Systems and databases.
• Manage the induction process for all new staff including delivering the induction programme both remotely and in person.
• Carry out checks and audits on the HR system to ensure all required documents, information and files are up to compliance standards.
• Monitor and manage the Company’s sick leave and absence management processes.
• Support new hires and line managers through the probation process.
• Support the annual performance management process, including supporting line managers and employees through the process.

Recruitment:

• Delivering excellent service to candidates & hiring managers.
• Writing and posting job descriptions on job boards, company website, social media etc;
• Evaluating and screening CV's / Job applications;
• Conducting phone, virtual and/or in-person interviews;

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2 to 3 years HR experience.
• Proven ability managing high volume of admin, working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks is essential.
• Ability to work on a number of different tasks to agreed timescales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €30,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
