Occupational Health Nurse

• Conduct health assessments and pre-employment medicals.
• Provide first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries and illnesses.
• Develop and implement health and wellness programs.
• Monitor and manage workplace health hazards and risks.
• Conduct health surveillance and maintain accurate health records.
• Provide advice on occupational health issues and workplace ergonomics.
• Collaborate with management to develop health and safety policies.
• Conduct training sessions on health and safety topics.
• Liaise with external healthcare providers and regulatory bodies.
• Manage health records in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
  

• Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license.
• Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience in occupational health.
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and health management software.
