We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to join a well-established and growing beverage supplier with a strong reputation in Ireland and an expanding global footprint.

This is more than just a supervisory role — it's a chance to play a key part in ensuring that products reach customers on time, every time. With a focus on goods outwards and dispatch, you'll support the Senior Production Manager in managing warehouse operations, optimizing efficiency, and delivering top-tier service.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and coordinate daily dispatch and warehouse activities
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
• Communicate with customers to understand and meet supply needs
• Manage stock movement through ERP systems to maintain inventory accuracy
• Handle logistics paperwork, including customs documentation
• Collaborate with delivery partners and negotiate transport solutions
• Resolve shipment and inventory issues promptly
• Track and coordinate all outbound shipments to meet delivery schedules
• Support route planning, driver assignments, and internal communication
• Train, develop, and lead a high-performing warehouse team
• Champion health and safety in all warehouse activities
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve logistics processes
• Monitor and report on KPIs, driving continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• A relevant formal qualification
• 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics supervisory role
• Familiarity with SAP (a plus)
• Forklift license (preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A customer-focused mindset
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
