Job Description: We're looking for experienced, energetic, and reliable Team Leaders to lead and coordinate promotional teams across Dublin and beyond. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has experience managing small teams in a field marketing or event setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, brief, and motivate teams of Brand Ambassadors
Liaise with clients and ensure flawless campaign execution
Manage event logistics including setup, breakdown, and reporting
Drive team and materials to various event locations (vehicle provided where required)
Ensure brand guidelines and client expectations are met
Essential Requirements:
Must be 23 years old (for insurance purposes)
Must have a full, clean driving licence
Based in Dublin and available to work across the city and surrounding areas
Experience in promotional, retail, hospitality, or field marketing
Leadership and communication skills
High level of professionalism, reliability, and initiative
