Draughtsman/woman

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious Draughter who wants to work on exciting projects and join a growing team on a permanent basis. Experience with Point Clouds would be advantageous. This role will involve working on several different projects at once and will include Projects from Concept stage, to Planning Stage and Detailed Design. The successful applicant will report directly to a Chartered Engineer.

Duties:

• Office based working on Revit and AutoCad predominately
• Work a wide variety of Projects at any time
• Work with Point Clouds and extract Revit Model from 3D Scan
• Willing to visit sites and carry out 3D scans
• Produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings and models
• Co-ordinate drawing production in line with production requirements
• Be able to meet deadlines and work alongside a team and individually

Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience as Revit Modeller/CAD Draughter
• Engineering knowledge
• Point Cloud experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent planning, organisational, teamwork and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and a variety of tasks at once
• Knowledge of Planning Applications
• Knowledge of Building Regulations would be an advantage
• Relevant training will be given to suitable candidate
