Frontend Developer

We are seeking a mid-senior front-end developer to work on our current project in enhancing our Blazor based frontend user interface. We have an internal diagnostic and support tool that is currently used by our software support team to help our customers. We want to give the customers the facility to access more of these functions and give the customer more control and we need someone with the right capabilities and experience to drive this project.

We are an industry leader in what we do which is developing software and producing automated pallet shuttles and other products to move pallets around a warehouse. We dedicate time to R&D for new features and products so there is always something new to be working on and that we are keeping ahead of the curve.

We have developed our software fully in-house, and it consists of three main components: Warehouse Control System Software, Machine Software (Shuttles, Lifts and Conveyors) and Frontend (and Backend). We use .NET Core and .NET 6 for all our software and Blazor for our frontend user interfaces. We actively encourage our staff to develop their skills in their interests within the business.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking a developer that has experience in front-end design and C#. This candidate will mainly be focussed on this project with the support of other developers. Due to the growth of the business, there will be other opportunities to expand knowledge into other parts of the software after this project.

Must have skills:

2 years’ experience in.NET / C#

Blazor

WinForms

UI/UX design

Workload management

Experience with any of the following would be an advantage:

Robotics / automation / control systems experience

SQL

Web developing

Leading teams
