We are currently looking to hire a Supervisor for our Healthcare Managed Service delivery team in Waterford.
As a Supervisor in Morgan McKinley’s Healthcare Division, you will have the responsibility for the day to day smooth running of the office, manage workflow throughout the Central Appointments & data reporting in the office.
Reporting into the Office Manager Of Healthcare Managed Services, you will have overall responsibility for reporting, quality & assurance with your team in Central Appointments.
How you will spend your day:
Provide analysis, planning and execution, administration, support, reporting and maintenance of the iPMS systems.
- Training staff and supporting key users on changes in systems and/or processes.
- Be visible to the client, fostering relationships built on partnership and trust.
- Increase the team’s awareness and understanding of KPI/SLA obligations.
- Responsible for the documentation and delivery/commercialisation of new ideas.
- Give feedback on a regular basis through weekly reporting and observation of one to ones, team meetings, etc

- Lead by example, actively promote and foster a culture where learning and customer service are of the highest priority.
- Delivery of KPI/SLA.
- Providing the framework to ensure swift and effective responses to the client.
- Planning with your client and supporting new business activity.

- Ensuring service and capacity requirements are met.
- Flagging any gaps in service delivery and driving change to fix them. (Work with each other on clear goals.)
- Building and managing a proactive, positive, and effective relationship with the client.
Essential Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office Suite Experience
- Reporting & Analysis Experience
- Client / Account management experience - preferably in a hospital environment.
- Experience monitoring projects and processes.
- Experience in identifying, assessing, and developing activities to improve.
