O'Loughlin Project Engineers Limited is currently looking to hire a Site Project Manager.Qualifications:
Level 8 Degree qualified Mechanical or Structural Engineer minimum
4 years experience minimum
Experience in Project Management of Capital Projects on Industrial sites.
Based on the site in Limerick
Min 2-year contract
Commencing immediately
Duties:
The successful candidate will report to the Senior OLPE Site Project Manager
Responsible for delivery of capital projects safely, on budget, and for schedule
Plan, executed, and tracked the progress of projects through the design phases from inception to handover
Led and coordinated OLPE site engineering personnel and assigned the right engineering skills to individual projects
Ensure key deliverables as per client standards are adhered to
Develop project proposals and effectively communicate to Management/Clients/Stakeholders
Establish project objectives in line with project requirements and ensure goals & timelines are achieved
Provide direction and vision to the project team
Effectively communicate between the team, clients, and stakeholders
Reporting to OLPE management on project/schedule/cost issues
Ensure adherence to the client's quality and engineering standards
Monitor compliance with applicable practices policies, and specifications
Responsible for each individual project budget, execution, schedule, cost control, and handover
Must have a current Irish / EU Work Permit.
