Creator Partnerships Manager

Paragonis Media is looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to help expand our network of YouTube Shorts creators. In this role, you will identify and reach out to potential partners, introduce them to our Paragonis Music Partner Program, and guide them through the onboarding process. Your goal is to build strong relationships with creators and help them unlock new revenue streams through music licensing.

• Identify and contact YouTube creators who would benefit from our music monetization program.
• Clearly communicate the benefits of our partnership and answer any questions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators.
• Track outreach efforts and optimize strategies for engagement.
• Collaborate with our team to refine messaging and recruitment strategies.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with YouTube Shorts and creator monetization.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset.
• Experience in influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, or sales is a plus.
