We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our existing Service team
The role will involve the below:
Handling Customer Inquiries Answering phone calls Logging and Closing of Service Requests Routing of engineers to customer requests Maintaining customer records Problem resolution Excellent record keeping required Reporting - Ability to generate reports based system information Experience in a busy service environment would be an advantage Handle Weekend Calls on a rota system Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €25,400.00-€40,202.93 per year
