You Will

• Oversee daily business operations and manage the team, setting clear targets and objective
• Nurture existing customer relationships while actively seeking new opportunities to increase market share
• Allocate and manage staff resources to meet changing needs efficiently
• Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for business development and growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
• Uphold high standards of Health and Safety by implementing rules, policies, and procedures

We're Looking For

• Significant experience in team management with strong leadership qualities
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the building materials sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving with the ability to think creatively and offer innovative solutions
• IT literacy and the ability to handle analytical data
