Are you an experienced Site Inspector or BCAR Coordinator looking for a new opportunity with a leading architectural firm? We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our client’s team in Kildare. The Role:

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Oversee BCAR (Building Control Amendment Regulations) compliance, including documentation and certification.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to resolve any site-related issues.
• Maintain thorough records of inspections, compliance reports, and site activities.
• Ensure all works adhere to health & safety regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a site inspection or BCAR coordination role.
• Strong knowledge of BCAR processes, Irish building regulations, and site construction procedures.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
