As an Engineering Professional or Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects or lead teams within the aviation sector, ensuring that our fleet remains safe, reliable, and at the forefront of technology. We are looking for engineers with diverse backgrounds and expertise in the aviation industry to join us in managing and maintaining our fleet, optimizing aircraft performance, and developing world-class maintenance programs.
We are looking for professionals with any of the following expertise and skills:
- Prior experience on aircraft engines
- Expertise in Airworthiness Management
- Proven experience in Identifying Fleet Issues
- Involvement in the ongoing development of Aircraft Maintenance Programs
- Strong track record in Managing Fleet Performance
- Extensive knowledge of Aviation Project Management
- Proficiency in Change Management
- Excellent Influencing and Negotiation Skills
- Solid knowledge of aircraft project development and execution
- CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation) experience
- Technical experience related to aircraft structures and systems
- Experience in delivering aircraft technical type training
- Strong People Leadership capabilities
- Expertise in Asset Management of large commercial aviation fleets
- Experience with TRAX Maintenance Information System
- Proven leadership in fleet technical management positions
- OEM and service literature management experience
- An understanding of Asset Management, Reliability-Centered Maintenance, and fleet reliability activities
- Ability to lead the identification and resolution of complex fleet issues
- Develop and implement aircraft maintenance programs and manage ongoing improvements
- Deliver change management initiatives and drive continuous improvement within the team.
- Provide technical expertise and leadership in all aspects of fleet performance, reliability, and airworthiness
- Cabin exposure
- Familiarity with Minimum Equipment List (MEL)
- Task Writing Experience
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Professional Engineering degree qualifications in Aeronautical, Mechanical or equivalent
- Have extensive experience in aircraft engineering and fleet technical management and /or experience managing teams
- Demonstrate leadership and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Be a skilled communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Possess strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Have a passion for innovation and driving change in aviation engineering.
