Car Sales Executive

Red Chair Recruitment are presently recruiting a Car Sales Executive for our Main Dealer client in County Kerry. The successful candidate will have a deep interest in cars, have strong interpersonal skills and ideally have previous sales experience and wish to build a career in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage in the sale of both New and Approved Used vehicles.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for every customer.
• Manage car photography tasks and oversee the Battery Charge Programme.
• Facilitate the smooth handover process of new and used vehicles to customers.
• Implement the New Retail Model in partnership with Aherns and BMW Ireland.
• Maintain accurate customer information in compliance with GDPR guidelines and effectively utilize our internal CRM system.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of our current car inventory and use that knowledge to encourage customers to make a purchase.
• Work with our marketing team to grow our customer base.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Enthusiastic about sales with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Motor Trade Sales.
• Must hold a full driver’s license.
