We have been in operation since 2011.

Our ethos is simple - to help children and young people to make healthier food choices by making healthy food available in schools.

We make it easy for kids to have access to healthy and delicious food at school - with zero cost or hassle to the school.

We operate nationally throughout Ireland in Primary and Secondary schools.

We install kitchens/canteens in our schools and provide an onsite food service.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations of the canteens in your area.
• Conduct regular audits of each canteen within your area.
• Ensure Food Safety, Health and Safety policies are adhered to.
• Ensure Company policies are adhered to.
• Support the supervisors in the day-to-day operations of their school canteens.
• Recruitment of new staff.
• Training of new staff.
• Handle complaints, HR issues, and staff development initiatives
• Manage, motivate, and develop the canteen teams
• Maintain excellent canteen presentation.
• Ensure adequate stock levels and menus are always maintained
• Consistently deliver excellent customer service
  
  

What you'll need

• You have completed your leaving certificate or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in catering based background and knowledge of HACCP essential.
• Full driving licence
• A passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The flexibility to travel in Limerick, Clare, Tipperary, Cork and Kerry.
• Preferably, previous experience working as an Operations Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude.
