SGS are seeking a a full-time Booking Line Agent to join our Galway office to support our NDLS customers on a fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Operations Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for answering call/queries in a timely manner while meeting KPI's and SLA's.
Job Description
Ensure all calls received are answered in a timely and professional manner.
Complete all NDLSFO duties and responsibilities in accordance with relevant procedures and performance agreement.
Process bookings & cancellations for NDLS Customers
Ensure the Data Protection is always adhered to as per the 8 Principles of Data Protection
Ensure a full understanding of SOP’s and Scripts
Ensure all agreed operational procedures & scripts are strictly complied with.
Manage confidential information securely and in line with Records Management and Data Protection Policies
Lead by example and demonstrate SGS values.
Maintain and ensure good employee relations.
Complete daily administration
Ensure full compliance with the Company’s Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct
Present a professional image of the company through personal grooming and presentation
At all times, adopt a safe behaviour by exercising due regard for the health and safety of yourself, colleagues, and clients, in line with the Company’s policies and procedures
Ensure full compliance with the Company’s Code of Integrity, and act in accordance with SGS Ireland’s Equality & Diversity Policy
Qualifications
Leaving certificate or equivelent
Additional Information

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
