Sprout Social is looking to hire a Contract Recruitment Partner for our global Recruitment Team based in Ireland.

What you’ll do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of various levels, functions, and disciplines.
• Conduct high-volume phone screens to build robust talent pipelines and move candidates quickly and efficiently through the hiring process.
• Find and attract world-class talent for Sprout Social through regular sourcing outreach.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor for the business and leadership; providing strategic guidance in matters relating to specific searches.
• Proactively communicate and solve challenges with candidates and hiring teams to achieve a world-class candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Manage data in recruitment tools and systems with the highest degree of data integrity.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Ops and Recruitment Leadership to develop, pilot, and drive process improvement and project management to elevate our recruitment strategy.
• Refine hiring processes by tracking and analyzing key recruiting metrics and provide proactive updates and insights into sourcing, talent mapping, and DEI efforts.
• Work closely with internal functions such as HRBP, Legal, and Workplace Experience as necessary to onboard candidates effectively.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for candidates who have a proven track record of achieving hiring goals and successfully driving hiring initiatives that significantly improve the recruiting & hiring process. In this role, you will be the go-to recruiter for a variety of high-volume roles while providing consultation across the team and to your stakeholders. You are a bar-raiser and thrive off a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative work culture while possessing exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience within in-house recruiting and/or agency recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of owning the entire recruiting process and meeting and exceeding hiring and sourcing goals.
• Experience collaborating with team members and hiring managers in various global locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• High-volume recruiting experience working across a variety of levels and functions.
• Sales recruiting experience working in a recruitment agency and/or for a startup, tech, or SaaS organization.
• Proven track record of leveraging technical expertise and business acumen to improve recruitment processes and achieve business objectives.
• Ability to break down complexity and deliver timely results under an ever-evolving environment.
