The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting and overseeing all financial aspects of business to drive the company’s financial strategy and planning. You will be assessing the financial performance of the affiliate as well as possible risks and investments.

Job Overview:

  • Managing day-to-day financial support requirements and ensure time to complete monthly transaction, manage creditors and debtor’s mid-month and month end
  • Prepare and process payroll, and BIK calculation
  • Compiling and formatting head office financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast for the Irish business
  • Consolidate and report monthly and annual results internally, to corporate and externally to comply with all deadlines with a focus on controlling costs and budget forecast accuracy
  • Develop and implement plans for budgeting, budget planning, financial forecasting, and reporting.
  • Creates strategies and plans for the long-term financial goals for the Irish operations


To be successful:

  • A qualification in ACA (Chartered), ACCA (Certified) or CIMA (Management)
  • Degree in finance/accounting or related
  • 5 years of work experience in Senior Finance position
  • Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
  • Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other financial planning software.
