Merchandising Administrator - Limerick or Dublin

This role will be an ambassador for Sysco Ireland in all that you do, working with integrity and a strong sense of customer first, you will be passionate about consistently delivering on the Sysco Experience we promise to our Sysco Ireland Customers & vendors. As part of the Merchandising Ireland Team, you will directly support the Merchandising Director & Merchandising leadership team in delivering the business targets.

Key Accountabilities:

• Collate weekly and monthly reports across different teams/departments
• Organise meeting bookings, including team meetings, conferences and events
• Manage presentation decks for Merchandising management team
• Document meeting minutes and follow up on action items
• Diary & Travel management
• Oversee the department annual leave calendar and requests
• Ad hoc support and project work as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in administration
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite particularly Excel & PowerPoint
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
• Professional communication and execution.
• Ability to prioritise with workload and work to tight deadlines.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Flexible and adaptable with a "Can Do" attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and administrative skills.
