Netsuite Inhouse Analyst

NetSuite Administrator

We’re working with a fast-growing client in Dublin who is looking to hire a skilled NetSuite Administrator to support and optimize their ERP system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in ERP or finance systems administration to join an expanding business and make a tangible impact as they continue to grow.

What You’ll Do:
Manage and maintain the NetSuite ERP system as part of a dedicated Finance Systems & ERP team

Provide day-to-day support and training to end-users (1st & 2nd level support)

Assist with system improvements, including new module rollouts, configuration, and customization

Collaborate on automation and data quality improvement projects to enhance system efficiency

Troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary to ensure system uptime

Work closely with business teams to identify and implement process improvements through NetSuite

Conduct systems testing and provide training sessions for end users

What You Need:
Prior experience as an ERP Administrator or Support Consultant (NetSuite experience preferred but not required)

A solid understanding of key business processes such as Finance (GL, AP, AR), Procurement, Order-to-Cash, and Reporting

Experience supporting end-users and resolving system issues at the first and second levels

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Location: Dublin, Ireland (on-site)
