Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:

• Match supplier invoices to purchase orders and delivery dockets
• Coding and processing of supplier invoices
• Enter invoices onto accounts package
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts to statements received
• Preparation of supplier payments on weekly basis and posting to the accounts package
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve account queries
• Dealing with incoming invoices and statements via post and email
• Assisting with ad-hoc duties as requested Communicate any concerns with Management with regards to supplier accounts

• Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant role
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• The ability to maintain clear and accurate records
• Computer literacy
• Good administrative skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
