Senior Bartender - Part Time Bartender

Full Time position available in The Olde Brewery Oranmore.

The Olde Brewery is a busy fast-paced bar that has a good local clientele. At weekends we offer live music 3 nights.

The Role - Senior Bartender - Full Time.

• Delivery of amazing service and consistently high standards at all time.
• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
• Oversee the running of shifts and to ensure smooth running of same.

The Person

• Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience in dealing with local, regular clientele.
• Must be a team worker and flexible.

We can offer a great package to the right candidate, with some day shifts included, which can be discussed in person.

The Role - Part-Time Bartender - 20-40 hours p/week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €14.00-€15.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Galway, County Galway: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
