Restaurant/Bar Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage Stock & Orders
• Troubleshoot any issues in the restaurant on a day to day basis.
• Training and overseeing staff members.
• HACCP oversight for the food service.
• Prepare beverages following recipes.
• barrista trained
• keep the tea pots and cups spotless
• Serve beverages and hot meals
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards).
• Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
