HVAC Supervisor – Cork

Salary: €65k - €85k gross per year plus benefits

Our client is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee on-site operations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with health and safety regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership and technical skills to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage on-site teams, ensuring efficient project execution.
• Oversee compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain accurate site records.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate activities with subcontractors and other trades.
• Attend site meetings, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality workmanship.
• Participate in system walkdowns, inspections, and final project handovers.

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role (industrial/pharmaceutical projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, building regulations, and industry standards.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of risk management, compliance, and health & safety protocols.
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
