Job Posting for Procurement Administrator at Wills Bros Limited
Wills Bros are seeking an experienced Procurement Administrator to support our Procurement Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of plant and equipment, ensuring that all necessary resources are available on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Process Requisitions.
Negotiate with suppliers.
Raise purchase orders.
Log Good`s Received Notes (GRN`s) as they are received.
Process GRN`s on to Coins Accounting System
Raise and close out any queries in relation to the GRN`s with Procurement Department/Site staff.
Generate and issue weekly reports for the procurement department and all sites.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role with previous administration experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent typing skills and accuracy with Data Entry.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Very good organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
