Stipend- INR 5000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

- Create visually appealing and engaging designs for digital and print media, including websites, social

media, brochures, banners, and presentations.

- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and translate

them into compelling design concepts.

- Develop and maintain brand identity, ensuring consistency across all design projects and marketing

materials.

- Work with internal teams and clients to gather feedback and make necessary design revisions.

- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure high-quality output.

- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas, refining them based on feedback.

- Ensure all designs meet technical requirements for digital and print production.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining design quality.

- Use typography, color theory, and composition to create aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.

- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.

- Experience with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere or After Effects is a plus.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs under tight deadlines.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with design trends and ability to adapt designs to meet modern standards.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with web design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other front-end technologies.

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, especially in an agency setting.
