Main Responsibilities
1. Architect and build a robust, scalable and stable infrastructure

2. Architect and build Infrastructure that is easily maintainable during patching and upgrades without downtime.

3. Architect and build Infrastructure with GCP and Azure regional level failure tolerance

4. Work together with Security Engineers to provision a secure Infrastructure

5. Automations for GCP and Azure Deployments to ensure fast delivery of Cloud Services to our developers.

6. Provide through Automations means for developers to easily deploy resources on GCP and Azure.

7. Deploy infrastructure and platform environments for cloud application solutions.

8. Create a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security, and performance.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment of cloud application solutions.

10. Provide technical support for cloud application solutions and troubleshoot issues as needed.
(1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
