Job Description: Program Manager – UpRise Program
Position Overview
The UpRise Program Manager will manage and run programs to develop in-house talent for leadership roles. This role involves working closely with leadership, HR, and teams across the company to create programs that help employees grow and support business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Program Design & Management:
Plan and manage structured programs to help employees advance their careers.
Make sure the program goals match the company's needs and deliver clear results.
Training Coordination:
Organize effective learning sessions.
Work with internal trainers or subject matter experts.
Ensure training content is engaging, relevant, and useful.
Candidate Development:
Regularly check in with program participants and provide mentorship opportunities.
Help managers conduct performance reviews and guide participants’ growth.
Program Tracking & Evaluation:
Keep program trackers updated and maintain accurate progress records.
Measure success through feedback, performance metrics, and regular reviews.
Share progress updates and improvement areas with leadership.
Adjust and improve the program based on feedback and business changes.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Act as a link between employees, HR, and leaders to ensure the program runs smoothly.
Highlight the value of talent development in achieving business success.
Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
Experience: 3–5 years in talent development or training, with a bonus for experience in organizational development.
Key Skills:
Understanding of leadership and career development.
Ability to identify training needs and create learning paths.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Good project management skills.
Bonus: Certifications in Learning & Development (L&D).
